Thank you for taking the time to review the job board functionality we’re building for K12Leaders! We plan on delivering recruiting and employment tools to both job seekers and organizational partners, and we think we have a unique way to do this that will server K12 education well.
When released, we will have a “General Employment Board” for both School/District as well as Organizational (non-profit, corporate) and Consulting opportunities. This would be similar to other sites like School Spring/Indeed.
We will also provide the option for Organizations to post (and manage) open positions directly on their “Group” pages as well, which will include only their own open positions/opportunities.
You can help in the following ways:
Create a new “Organization” here:
We <can> enable “sub organizations” as well… This might be useful for a large district that has multiple divisions, an ESC that is supporting multiple districts, etc. Is this something that your district or company would use? See the “Organizational Dashboard” here:
The next step would be to Post a Job: Post a Job
Once you have a job posted, please let us know (@Michael or mike@k12leaders.com) and we’ll “apply” for the position. You will note that there is a place to include URLs to your own applicant tracking system as well…
You can then visit Manage Jobs where you will see a listing of your jobs (by organization) and the number of applicants for that position.
If you would normally want to import jobs from a spreadsheet, please email an example of that sheet to mike@k12leaders.com.
Finally, Please take a minute to review how we allow you to “browse” resumes and search for candidates…
What needs more explaining or prompts?
For Job seekers:
Submit a resume– You can submit multiple resumes for different types of jobs (in-district, customer service, curriculum design, etc…)
My resume– What else do you need on this page?
